Manager Otto Williams has been with the Miami Lady Canes since the start. His goal has always been leading players to reach their full potential both on and off the field. Aside from managing the Miami Lady Canes, he was Head Coach at Miami Killian Senior High for six years. He got his start coaching softball at Glades Baseball and Softball League from 1995 through 2000 when his eldest daughter started playing. After following her to high school, he coached at South Miami High from 2001 to 2003. He also coached at Red Berry’s Baseball World from 2006 to 2012.

Otto graduated from Hialeah High in 1974. Following high school, he served in the United States Navy where he was stationed on the USS Gilmore and USS Valdez. He earned his Associate in Arts from Miami Dade College. Otto is proud to have a lovely wife, three daughters, and seven grandchildren.
